When we relocated to Seattle, we had difficulty finding updated and well-cared-for single-family rental property. Until we found a recently renovated property managed by Rebecca at A & O Management. Rebecca treats the properties she manages with the same eye for detail that you would for your own home. A few minor things still needed to be completed after we moved into the property. Rebecca and the contractors showed up when they said they would, and the work was completed efficiently and neatly. There was prompt communication if landscaper schedules needed to change (which was rare). She was also very clear about the tenant and management company's roles and responsibilities.
